Duties, duties and rights of the chairman
: The duties, duties and rights of the chairman shall be as follows:-
(a) To act as the Administrative Head of the Commission,
(b) To regulate, monitor, supervise and evaluate the work of the commission and give necessary instructions to the relevant parties,
(c) To organize the meetings of the Commission,
(d) Perform other tasks as specified.
